Ava
“I have an offer for you,” he paused, eyeing my expression. “How much can you give to earn your freedom? How far will you go?” I swallowed and thought for a moment. I was skeptical about this question. Was it a trap? “Be honest with me. You don't want to be here, correct?” I hesitated but managed a tiny nod, which did not seem to satisfy him. “I will need you to use your mouth,” he said. “If you don't speak, I won't know how much to believe from you. So, please tell me honestly. Do you want to be here?” His voice was intimidating, and I had the sense to look away. His gaze was cold and unwavering, and I didn't dare to answer him directly. “No, I don't,” I mumbled. “Good.” He said, letting go of me with his eyes that once held me in place. “I can give you your freedom.” “Really!?” My eyes widened in surprise, and I shot up out of my chair, eagerness evident. “Yes. Now sit,” he ordered, pointing towards the seat beside me. I obeyed, sitting back down and watching him expectantly. “I will give you your freedom in exchange for an heir,” he began. “You may choose whatever you like, no limits whatsoever.” I blinked, taking all this information in. “What?” I muttered, not sure whether he was joking or not. “In exchange for your freedom you have to give me an heir, only then will you be free to do whatever you want, be wherever you want” He explained casually. “That's ridiculous! Why would I agree to that? It isn't like I have much choice anyway,” I replied sarcastically, crossing my arms. I was surprised I had said it out loud. If the king had anything to say about my outburst, he hid it well. “You have two choices. One is death,” he said bluntly, “And well, now you know the other.” Fear spread through me once more, and the urge to run made its way into my body. “And” He went on, “I will give you time to think about it. Two days. Let me know your final decision after two days.” My heartbeat picked up, and anxiety started filling my veins. No way was I going to die anytime soon. I had a life outside the castle walls. I couldn't let this happen. I shook my head violently. I refused to die. “Do you have something to say?” “Nothing, your majesty,” I replied, bowing my head. “Alright,” he nodded. “Now, leave,” he stated, turning away. I jumped up and ran for the door, ignoring the pain my ankle gave me as it throbbed painfully in protest. I ran out of the room, closing the door behind me. I was breathing heavily, feeling completely terrified at the thought of what I had just been offered. A guard was waiting for me outside . Without a single word he motioned for me to follow. I did so nervously, dreading what could have transpired inside the hall. We made our way towards a different section of the castle. As I looked up at the massive stone building, it looked very intimidating. Even more so after seeing such a beautiful sight in the first place. “Uhm, sir guard… this is not my room, I mean the room I have been in,” I said hesitantly, not wanting to appear rude but unable to control my thoughts. “His majesty asked that you should be moved here, it's closer to his chambers” he answered shortly. My cheeks heat up immediately at the new development and the thought of being close to the King. The mere thought of being intimate with him, if I accepted his offer, was enough to send shivers down my spine. Not even in my wildest dreams would I consider doing what he was asking. That could lead to death! What would become of me? When I arrived in this new room, it took a second for me to adjust. It seemed rather plain compared to the last. But something else was on my mind, I had passed through different portraits that hung on the wall. But there was one that caught my eye, it was that of the Lycan King and another woman. I made a mental note to check it out later. When I fell asleep that night, I saw Aunt Portia, her fiancé, Avery, and the Lycan King. They had me in the middle, and I was on the floor. All eight eyes seemed angry and hungry, and they were staring directly at me. They were looking right through me, their gazes focused on something, a dark corner of the room. I tried screaming for help, but my throat didn't respond, and I lay still. Suddenly, a hand reached out from behind me and pulled my hair hard. I screamed out loud, trying to twist around to get to the source of the pain, but couldn't because of the weight of the person holding me down. The hand tightened around my hair, making my vision blur. Then everything faded to black. I yelled, waking up to the beads of sweat that formed all over my body. The moon was full, and my body twitched involuntarily at the sudden cool air of the night. Something pulled me towards the window, and I stumbled blindly forward. I almost tripped, but I managed to move further. When I looked down, there were two men wearing hoods, whispering. I couldn't make out what they were saying, but it didn't feel right. My wolf groaned in displeasure, and I wanted to hear, somehow, my fingers pushed against the window that let out a little screech, but since it was in the middle of the night, the screeching was loud. Then men stopped talking, and one of them suddenly spun, looking directly at my window. I couldn't tell if he could see me, but I ducked instinctively regardless. The sound of my racing heart filled the air, and I heard shuffling.AvaFor days, I didn't see the Lycan King or his beta. I was stuck with the routine of being escorted to the kitchen with a particular guard and back.My stomach growled at every meal, and I wasn't sure if it was hunger or my frustration that made me feel so hungry all the time. It's not that I wanted food, though it wouldn't hurt to get some—it was more of the fact that something was missing.“Do you think you can get me some books?” I asked the guard when he escorted me back to my room.He stared at me as if he couldn't quite comprehend what I was asking him. Maybe he could, maybe it was something he needed to think about before answering. “I am going to lose my mind if I don't do anything other than this,” I explained in a lower voice. “I need... I just need some help for once.”He looked conflicted, but nodded and turned to go. As soon as he left, I felt bad for putting on such an act in front of him.My wolf and I fought for dominance; she wanted to see the lycan king, and I wa
Leon“You can’t go, you are pregnant. Allow your family to come to you,” I insisted. The woman in front of me shook her head and took another step forward. “You know I am not sick Leon, pregnant but not sick. i will be fine, besides I want this to be a surprise” she smiled at me. Her blue eyes shone with determination. I knew that she would not budge until it was over. I had been trying for days now to get her to change her mind. “Why don't you go after you have the baby Lea”, I tried again. “There are only 2 more months to go before you give birth”. “I will be gone for only two days Leon, two days”. I could tell by the look on her face that she wanted to take no for an answer. “And we will be back before it is time for our little Lea or little Leon to arrive.” She gave me a wink. I rolled my eyes at her and looked away to hide my growing smile. I knew that I had lost this battle already. The fact that I didn't even try to put up any more fights was probably a good sign. She
AvaI kissed him back hesitantly but then gave in. I put my arms around him, letting him lead, and melted into his embrace, my heart throbbing at the warmth spreading through my body. He broke the kiss immediately and looked at me as if he hadn't done that.“Shit! Shit!” He cursed, recoiling from me as if I were poison to his mouth. “I shouldn't have touched you like that.”“Why?” I whispered, afraid my voice would break if I tried to speak louder. And secretly hoping that he had not heard me.He looked away, unable or unwilling to meet my eyes. “That wasn't me, that was my beast or some sort of sorcery. You did this, didn't you?” He snapped angrily.“Me?” I blinked in disbelief. “No, I didn't do anything, your majesty.”“Bullshit!” He snarled, glaring at me. “You know damn well what you did to me” He continued.I gulped, unable to speak.“Never have I lusted after any other woman, never have I looked at another woman in such a way. You did this, suddenly I am kissing you.” “No, yo
Ava“I… I can't Queen mother” I forced out. “My life is tied to your son. If I leave, he said he'll find me and kill me , too.She laughed coldly. “Oh, you really believe he would do that, My son doesn't care for anything except himself, he would be even less bothered if you are here or not ” Her laugh died down. “Just take them. Don't waste time arguing, get out of my sight!”She commanded. What if this was a trap and what if I fell miserably for it? I wasn't sure, but I knew I could never be caught doing something like this.“I can't queen mother, please” “What did you just say?” her tone changed completely. There was a dark aura around her now. She glared at me as her face grew closer, and I involuntarily backed away. Her face twisted into a vicious expression as I took a step backwards until my back hit the wall.I trembled, terrified as I gazed deep into her eyes which were burning with rage.“You dare to defy me?” She growled.“Queen mother…” I didn't get a chance to complete my
AvaI woke up, curled up by the window. How did I end up there? But then I remembered the men from the night and the shuffles.Nothing else happened, and I waited until I fell asleep. There was a knock on the door, and I rushed to it.“Still sleeping?”The beta peered into my face.“No…” I lied.“Good, come with me.” ‘Where are we going?’My curiosity was eating away at me. I followed the beta down a dark corridor in hopes of finding answers. We passed through several doors before stopping in front of one.“Make yourself useful. It's the King's order, not mine.” The beta opened the door and held the handle out for me.“Please go inside and wait.”He walked away before I could ask him more questions. The door slammed shut after he left. I walked around for a little bit, but couldn't stand waiting around any longer, so I sat down.“You must be Ava…” A voice said behind me, and I turned to see an old man. “Come with me.” He led me out, and I heard neighs from horses as we went along.“Don

Ava“Clean up. They'll bring you something to eat, and if he sends for you, try not to annoy him. His patience is thin as it is. It's only a matter of time before things fall apart.” The Beta said as he handed me fresh clothes. The room was a sterile white with a bed on one side of the room. There was a small desk by the wall opposite the bed ,small closet, the door that lead out into what I assumed was a bathroom and a fireplace. “Thank you, sir.” I nodded at his retreating back before looking around at my surroundings. When he was gone, I contemplated whether to lock the door or not. The thoughts of the king bursting through it like he did the last time sent shivers.I left the door unlocked and went into the bathroom , closing the door after myself. I looked in the mirror, but all I saw was a tired strange girl . My eyes were dark circles, my hair was dishevelled, my clothes, I gasped at how little they hid. I sighed and ran a hand through my messy curls. It took me a while but s
LeonThe last thing I expected when I threw that banquet was for Dean to choose her.It disturbed me greatly. It wasn't because I cared if he chose her or not, but it was my beast could not stand the thought of another man being with her. After Silas took the girl out of the room, I stared at Alpha Dean’s unconscious body for a while before lifting him and placing him on the bed.“To the beta to come, once his done with the task,” I ordered one of my guards.“Yes, sir.” Ten minutes later, Beta Silas was back.“Did you keep her hidden?” I asked as soon as he closed the door behind him.He nodded. “She hasn't stopped crying.”“We are not here to babysit her. Strip Alpha Dean,” I ordered.Beta Silas did as he was told without complaint. When he finished, I looked over Dean's body. “You will get one of the slave girls, someone with similar body features and hair like that girl. She will please him, not something serious, maybe a blowjob, enough to traces of pre ejaculation or semen. W
AvaWe were. lead into what seemed like a banquet hall, with people dressed in various styles filling it up to the rafters. It was dark outside as far as I could see, but the room was decorated with lights that flickered and buzzed from the inside out. The king was seated on his throne and his guests began to cheer him when we walked in.I wanted to be somewhere else, anywhere else. I didn't even mind being under Aunt Portia’s roof and receiving punishment, anywhere but here. When the king rose up, the cheering died down to whispers of awe and respect. He looked at us for a moment and then said in a voice like thunder, “I decided to throw this feast to celebrate the Alpha of the neighboring pack, Alpha Dean, who recently won a battle against the crystal pack. Before we go on with the feast, I'd like him to pick any slave girl of his choice” The King motioned to the blonde haired man who moved forward, looking at each girl as if we were commodities. When he stopped in front of me, s
